Here at Home Energy Doctors we are committed to good governance practices - in fact, this is what Dr Dan and Dr John do on a daily basis. They work on the Leicestershire Collaborate to Accelerate Net Zero (LCAN Project) for De Montfort University as part of what is called Work Package 1 of the Local Area Energy Plan that is being produced which will detail how Leicestershire can decarbonise.

Work Package 1 is tasked to set out the best practice both in terms of principles and standards as well as practical guidance of how to deliver those when transitioning Leicestershire County to a Net Zero future.

Whilst, as you may imagine, right minded people understand that we will be bound by certain constraints such as what information you provide us and the practical limits of time and resources, we feel that even allowing for these limits we should be able to give you good, solid advice that will be of value.

If you feel that we have not offered as fair and supportive help as we could have, and you have not received value for money, then we will refund you.

In the email please detail as clearly as possible how we could have done better for you (so we can learn and improve our future service).

Once received we shall review it and act within 72 hours.
